To move the groups and shapes to the correct location in the Project pane, use one of the procedures that follow.
- Use the mouse to drag the groups and shapes to the location in the Project pane where you want them.
- Right-click a Group or Shape. In the context menu, click Change Execution Order and select one of these actions:
- Make First puts the group or shape as the first item in the parent group.
- Move Up puts the group or shape before the item that directly precedes it.
- Move Down puts the group or shape after the item that directly follows it.
- Make Last puts the group or shape as the last item in the parent group.
- Set Next Shapes applies only to shapes. Specify the shapes that you want to follow the selected shape in the execution order. After you select this menu option:
- Click a shape on the canvas to specify it as the next shape in the execution order. The name of the shape that you specify shows in the Properties pane.
- Repeat the previous step as many times as necessary to set the next unique shapes that follow in the execution order.
- After you specify all of the shapes that you want to include, click the Finish button
in the Properties pane. NOTE: You can also start the Set Next Shapes operation by right-clicking on a shape on the canvas and selecting Set Next Shapes.
