Explode Shapes

You can use Explode on shapes that have more than one entity. Explode makes the entities into individual shapes.

To Explode the Entities of a Shape, Text, or Hatch into Individual Shapes

1. On the canvas or in the Project pane, select the shape or text. The shape must have more than one entity.
2. In the canvas, right-click on the selected shape or text and select Explode.

Each of the entities is now a shape and can have separate process information definitions. You can edit them separately or combine some of the entities into other shapes.
