HomeRampRate Parameter
Default Value: 100.0
Minimum Value: 0.0
Maximum Value: None
Units: acceleration
Type: double
Use the HomeRampRate parameter to set the acceleration and deceleration rate used during homing. All accelerations and decelerations during the home cycle are of linear ramp type and use the rate specified by this parameter.
This value is also used when the axis is moved out of a limit condition during a Fault Acknowledge or by using the MoveOutOfLimit() function.
If this parameter is set to 0, then an infinite value is used for the acceleration and the deceleration rates.
When you reference this parameter in an AeroScript program, the parameter value is in the units specified by the unit mode of the task. If the task is in primary units mode, this parameter is in primary units. If the task is in secondary units mode, this parameter is in secondary units.
If the axis is configured as a gantry under Decoupling Control, then this parameter also specifies the maximum acceleration of the R and Theta axes during gantry alignment moves.
