Use the PrimaryBissEncoderResolution axis parameter to specify the number of bits of resolution for the absolute position information from the BiSS encoder. Obtain the number of bits of resolution from the encoder data sheet. This information is used to configure the serial communication interface to the BiSS encoder. For a multi-turn absolute encoder, you also should set the PrimaryBissEncoderTurns Parameter, which increases the resolution of the serial communication.
