Edit Skywriting

ClosedTo Change Shape Skywriting for a Group
  1. In the Project pane, select the groups. To select more than one, press and hold the Ctrl key while you click them. The properties for Transitions show in the Properties pane.
  2. In the Properties pane, in the Shape transition list, select Skywriting (Single Bezier) or select Skywriting (Dual Bezier). This overrides the default shape transition settings for your project. It also overrides the shape transition settings for all of the shapes and groups that are included in the group or groups that you selected.
  3. Change the properties that you want to change. For more information about skywriting and the properties that you can configure, refer to Skywriting, Shape Skywriting, and Entity Skywriting.
ClosedTo Change Shape Skywriting for Shapes, Text, and Hatches
  1. On the canvas or in the Project pane, select the shapes. To select more than one, press and hold the Ctrl key while you click them. The properties for Transitions show in the Properties pane.
  2. In the Properties pane, in the Shape transition list, select Skywriting (Single Bezier) or select Skywriting (Dual Bezier). This overrides the default shape transition settings for your project. It also overrides the shape transition settings inherited from groups that include the shape that you selected.
  3. Change the properties that you want to change. For more information about skywriting and the properties that you can configure, refer to Skywriting, Shape Skywriting, and Entity Skywriting.
ClosedTo Change Entity Skywriting for Combined Shapes, Text, and Hatches
  1. On the canvas or in the Project pane, select the combined shapes, text, or hatches. To select more than one, press and hold the Ctrl key while you click them. The properties for Transitions show in the Properties pane.
  2. In the Properties pane, in the Entity transition list, select Skywriting.
  3. Change the properties that you want to change. For more information about skywriting and the properties that you can configure, refer to Skywriting, Shape Skywriting, and Entity Skywriting.

NOTE: If you select shapes or groups that have different transition properties, the transition type is -Different-. Before you can edit the properties, you must change the type to Skywriting. This will change the transition type for all of the shapes or groups that you selected.
