Phase

The phase angle measures the time shift between the input and output signals. The Frequency Response module shows the phase angle in units of degrees, where 360 degrees corresponds to one full period of the sinusoid and a more negative phase corresponds to a larger delay. The controller calculates the phase angle by using the equation that follows:

Phase (deg) is the phase angle between the input signal and the output signal in degrees.

θout is the phase of the output signal in degrees.

θin is the phase of the input signal in degrees.
