Frequency Spacing
When you measure a frequency response, the process of selecting an applicable frequency spacing includes balancing between better measurement quality and faster measurement times. A coarse frequency spacing gives you a faster measurement time. But it might not give you a sufficient number of points to identify each response feature at higher frequencies. Each input type that you use has an effect on how you specify the number of frequency bins.
Based on the Input Type that you use, frequency spacing is the Number of Periods, Divisions, Averages, or Points.
