A3200 PC-Based Controller Selection and Setup

This site supplies a collection of guides to help you select and configure your PC and optimize your controller for best performance.

If you are using a PC-based controller, your PC must have the specifications for real-time control, and you must make sure that the settings on your PC will not cause interference with real-time control. To get started with this, go to PC Selection, Configuration, and Optimization for Aerotech Controllers.

After you have your PC set up, you must make sure that your controller is optimized to work with the type of PC that you have. To do this, use the instructions on the Optimizing A3200 Performance page.

If your PC runs Windows 10, you must configure it so that automatic updates do not interfere with real-time control. Go to Windows Updates and Your PC for instructions about how to do this.
