HARDWARE: For FLEX, the iXA4, XA4, iXI4, and XI4, the two axes specified in the GantryAxisMask parameter must be axes on the same drive.

The GantryAxisMask parameter defines Decoupling Control behavior of a gantry. It specifies the two axes that are linked through the Decoupling Control method. This parameter is a bit mask where each bit is related to an axis. This parameter must be set to the same value on the two gantry axes.
