AutofocusGainTff Parameter
Default Value: 0.0
Minimum Value: None
Maximum Value: None
Units: User Units / Volt
Type: double
HARDWARE: Autofocus does not apply when used with the GI4, the GL4, or the XL4s.
Use the AutofocusGainTff parameter to specify the target feedforward gain in User Units/Volt of the autofocus control loop. This parameter is multiplied by the AutofocusTarget Parameter value in volts to calculate the autofocus target feedforward position command. This position command is added to the autofocus control loop output. This target feedforward position is not used when applying autofocus limits or speed clamps.
You can specify a positive or negative value for this parameter based on how you want the relation between the target and feedforward position command to be. If you specify a non-zero value for the AutofocusInitialRampTime Parameter, the ramping target will be used for calculating feedforward when you first enable autofocus. Refer to the Autofocus Block Diagram in the Autofocus Functions topic for more information.
