AutofocusGainKi5 Parameter
Default Value: 0.0
Minimum Value: 0.0
Maximum Value: None
Units: None
Type: float
HARDWARE: Autofocus does not apply when used with the GI4, the GL4, or the XL4s.
The AutofocusGainKi5 parameter adds an additional lag compensation term to the autofocus controller with a high-frequency gain of one and a controller zero location of Ki5 in hertz. Use this parameter to tune the performance of the autofocus loop. To see the structure of the autofocus loop and guidance on tuning, refer to the Autofocus Functions topic.
For most commonly used sensors (position or force), AutofocusGainKi5 is typically not needed.
IMPORTANT: Autofocus integral gains Ki1 through Ki5 must be used sequentially. If you want to set up two lag compensation terms, you must specify gains for Ki1 and Ki2 only. If you want to specify three lag compensation terms, you must specify gains for Ki1, Ki2, and Ki3 only. You cannot use higher lag compensation terms if the lower ones are set to zero.
