1. Some newer versions of the XR3 and iXR3 XSP3 amplifiers were first supported in Automation1 2.4.0. These drives cannot be downgraded to an earlier software version without a hardware modification. If you think you have one of these drives, use the Global Technical Support portal to contact Global Technical Support. 2. Some early versions of the XC2e hardware were only supported in Automation1 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. These drives cannot be upgraded to a later software version without a hardware modification.
